Young Kyu Yoo

Young Kyu Yoo 生于1979年，在韩国国内学习摄影，2005年移居纽约，为的就是拓宽他在当代摄影上的眼界。他的摄影带有轻微的情色意味，人物精致美丽，彼此有着亲密的关系。他创作紧绕环境和人类身体的相似性展开，颂扬世界万物之间美丽的互联性。在“形状的结合”系列中 Young Kyu Yoo 试图唤起多面镜像的对比效果，线和形的互动关系，甚至是不在时间四维空间控制下的状态。

Young Kyu Yoo was born in Korea 1979. He studied the photography at university in Korea. He lives and works in Brooklyn NY since 2005. He moved from Korea to New York to broaden his horizons about contemporary photography. Now he is creating images that are softly erotic, humanly delicate, and deeply intimate. His work follows the similarities between our environment and the human body closely, celebrating the beautiful interconnectedness of all things. For the project “Combine of Shapes”, Young Kyu Yoo wants to evoke effects of mirrors, interactions of lines and shapes, and sometimes the stages unruled by the fourth dimension of time.
